What is your weather protocol?
During high heat situations, we provide more frequent water breaks (10 to 15 minutes) and rest times. We could also implement a reduced practice format and limit use of equipment. All players should hydrate throughout the day, not only when they are practicing. Every team also has a safety coach to keep track of athletes and make sure players receive breaks and water as needed.
I have more than one child wanting to play football, do I get a discount?
A discount for multiple child participation in the same sport/activity will be deducted from the registration fee at time of registration. We also offer payment plans starting from the 1st registration of the season.
What if my child changes his mind and decides he doesn't want to play, how do I get a refund once I have registered?
We have a no refund policy.
Do I need to make the payment all at once?
No, we offer flexible options with payment plans, sibling discounts and have a limited amount of scholarship discounts available.
Why is registration important right now?
We must meet minimum team requirements to participate in the Gwinnett Football League. Your registration helps keep the program active.

Do you need volunteers?
Yes! We are actively seeking coaches, board members, and a Football Director.
With so many close by associations and some coaches moving around to other associations, does it really matter where my child plays football?
Yes, especially if your child plans to play at South Gwinnett High School. We strongly encourage children to sign up for the youth association aligned with the high school they are planning to attend.
The SGYAA football program is intentionally aligned with the high school program; giving our athletes a competitive edge for positions by already knowing the system and drills from the 8th grade and up. We strongly encourage children to sign up for their youth associations aligned with their high school they are going to attend.
